Fifteenth Amendment to the Constitution repealed, caretaker government system returned

Bangladesh High Court 

The High Court has declared several provisions of the 15th Amendment to the Constitution, including the much-discussed abolition of the caretaker government system, illegal. At the same time, the court has restored the provision of referendum in the Constitution.
